10 Tasty and Simple Breakfast Recipes to Kickstart Your Day

Begin your day the healthy way

While breakfast may not always be the most leisurely meal of the day, it may be the secret for a healthier lifestyle. In a study published in the American Heart Association Journal Circulation found that people who eat breakfast daily were less at risk for high cholesterol and blood pressure than those who missed their morning meal. Additionally, the study showed that those who ate in the morning made smarter eating choices throughout the day. These tasty and simple recipes will make any person a breakfast devotee and they’ll start your day off right.

1. NUT BUTTER TOAST WITH FRUIT

This recipe has endless combination options. We like this recipe by the Skinny Fork, which uses  nut butter, sliced bananas, and chia seeds. You could also add some shredded coconut, or a handful of goji berries.
