It's all about enjoying the little things

Some days, we’re really aware of waking up to the sun streaming through our windows or the feeling of slipping into sweatpants after coming home from work. Other days, we’re a little less attuned to ourselves, our surroundings, and how pretty amazing life can be. While it’s totally normal to forget about the small things and get into that routine mode, life is a lot more enjoyable when we stop and take in those every day occurrences that make us happy. What’s not to love about taking a deep breath, thinking about what is going right, and how many small details we can be thankful for? Time to stop and smell the roses.
