In the summer of 1939, French tourist Jean Vivier used his 16mm Kodachrome to film his visit to the Big Apple, documenting all the sights and sounds of the iconic city.  As can be seen from the recently discovered footage, the hustle and bustle of New York City hasn’t changed much in the past seventy-four years. ROMANO-ARCHIVES is responsible for bringing this film to light, offering us a rare opportunity to take a quick trip back in time.
